Bernard E. Gracy, Jr.

Bernie Gracy is Senior Vice President Global Products at Cimpress, N.V. in Lexington Massachusetts. At Cimpress, Mr. Gracy has responsibility for product development, M&A integration, analytics, and new business incubation for its Mass Customization Platform across a portfolio of global internet brands. Until March of 2015, Mr. Gracy served as Vice President of Strategy for Pitney Bowes’ Digital Commerce Solutions. There, he was responsible for global growth strategy of Pitney Bowes’ software business, which encompasses omni-channel customer engagement, data integration, and location intelligence markets. He personally brought in over $30 million in incremental business. He played a key role at Pitney Bowes’ Document Messaging Technologies as a member of the management team that increased revenues four-fold.His work was instrumental in the acquisition and integration of three companies totaling $800 million. He has 19 years of leadership in engineering and general management, marketing and product development, strategy and business development, and mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Gracy holds four U.S. patents, with several U.S. and international patents pending. Prior to coming to Pitney Bowes, Bernie led the software development for a $100 million mobile platform reengineering for United Parcel Service.He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from UConn, an M.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic University, and an M.S. in E-Commerce from the University of Maryland University College.
