Introduction
Our lab investigates genome regulatory mechanisms in cellular processes using statistical and computational approaches. We develop predictive models and statistical learning methods for genomics. It involves analyzing large-scale datasets from cutting-edge sequencing technologies and integrating various types of high-throughput genomic data.
Positions available
We have openings for well-qualified individuals who seek research traning and scientific development as postdoctoral fellow or graduate student. Highly motivated candidates should email Prof. Zhengqing Ouyang (zhengqing.ouyang [at] jax.org or ouyang [at] engr.uconn.edu) with required application materials described here.
