I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at UCONN. I received my PhD from UIUC  in 2011.My research revolves around different aspects of system usability and reliability (e.g., troubleshooting, configuration tuning, system update and maintenance, mitigating the effect of system failures on end users, and design of human-centric authentication and online communication).

Feeling Good!

Received 5 out 5 (again!) in student evaluation for the question “What is your overall rating of the instructor's teaching?” Spring 2015, Operating System!

Received 5 out 5 in student evaluation for the question “What is your overall rating of the instructor's teaching?” Fall 2014, Advanced course on Troubleshooting Distributed Systems!
