About		Berkeh Pump Manufacturing Co. is one of the leading designers and a thriving manufacturer of pumps and turbines in Iran. Berkeh started its business with buoyant swage electropumps in 1994 which was followed by the production of the first series of axial high-flux electropumps of limited elevation, swage mixers and other products of water supply and swage systems, still being designed and manufactured in larger scales. In the years of 1997 and 98, after a boom in the countary's pressurized irrigation needs and industry, Berkeh expanded its business to high-pressure multi-stage and centrifugal pumps, as well as projects for fish and shrimp nurture industry. 		Sepehr Pressing Co. Machining department Subdivision of Amir-Kabir Publishing Institute Jul 2004 to Sep 2004 (Full-time employment)
About		Sepehr Pressing Co. is the main production subdivision of Amir-Kabir Publishing Institute, Iran's largest book publisher. It consists of the second largest press line in the country and contributes to a large portion of book production for the institute, as well as pressing contracts with other publisher to make the most out of its resources. The machining department comprises of a large lathe, three medium lathes, three millers, a magnetic cylindrical and a surface grinder, a sinker EDM and other machining facilities in large shop that provides reproduction of pressing machine components in case of failure, as well as independent service to individuals that order specific parts with according to a drawing or prototype. The machining department is operated by an experienced team of machining technicians.
Supervisor		Mr. M. Kaveh (Machining Technician)
Duties		Machining of new parts with Lathe and Milling machines from original failed components or based on given drawings.
Training		Hands-on training for machining operations including turning, thread cutting, milling, cylindrical grinding, drilling, boring, broaching and reaming. Also familiarized with Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) including sinker EDM and wire–cut machines, electrical and Oxy-Acetylene welding.
