Dipayan Ghosh (B.S. Electrical Engineering, ’10)

Privacy and Public Policy Advisor, Facebook

Dipayan Ghosh recently moved to Facebook, where he works in privacy and public policy. Before joining Facebook, he was a technology and economic policy advisor at the White House advising on issues including spectrum innovation, Internet and cyber policy, consumer privacy and protection, and educational technology. He is a postdoctoral scholar at Berkeley’s School of Information, and fellow at the Center for Information Technology Policy at Princeton University. At UConn, Dipayan was an Honors Program student and minored in math, economics, and nanotechnology as a University Scholar. Prior, he received a PhD in electrical engineering and computer science at Cornell University.
