The UConn Chapter of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers is hosting an event where over 350 fifth and eighth grade students come up to the University of CT to participate in a series of activities designed to get these children interested in STEM fields. These students also get to hear from NASA professionals about the current ongoings at NASA. The activities involved are all designed to tie into what they are learning in school.
