Introduction About the On-Site MENG Distance Program

Where

MENG distance education coursework is offered at the University of Connecticut’s regional campuses (see below) and at participating companies that are equipped with training facilities to accommodate our broadcasts. These interactive courses are streamed live from our studio classrooms at the Storrs campus.

UConn's regional campuses include:

• AVERY POINT
• GREATER HARTFORD
• STAMFORD
• TORRINGTON
• WATERBURY

When

Courses will be offered in real-time synchronous mode late in the day and evenings.

Degree Requirements

The MENG distance education curriculum consists of 28 graduate credit hours of coursework, culminating in a capstone project. This includes 13 credit hours of courses that are common to all engineering disciplines, 12 credit hours in an area of specialization, and 3 credit hours for the capstone project.

 

 

The University of Connecticut School of Engineering now offers MENG coursework via distance learning, at the five regional UConn campuses and participating employer facilities. Classes are offered in interactive/synchronous mode via registered computers.
