Poster presenters and exhibit personnel are encouraged strongly to
check in at the Registration desk and set up presentation materials
on Wednesday, August 11 between 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m. or before
8:00 a.m. on August 12. The Registration desk is located in the
first-floor lobby area within the Information Technology Engineering
(ITE) building. The registration fee includes lunches both conference
days and the Thursday evening banquet.
