People Webserver
- School of Engineering Students, Faculty, and organizations can run PHP, and MySQL on the "people" webserver.
- These services allows use of most modern wiki, blogging and content-management software packages; as long as they are compliant with the SoE Acceptable Use Policy.
- This service is not intended for users who want a simple HTML based homepage.
- In order to get your account enabled to use this service, click here.
- The webserver is called "people.engr.uconn.edu".
- Instructions to work on the people website are similar to that departmental websities, the only difference being the server name and that netdrive cannot be used with this webserver.
