Optical and Ultrasound Imaging Lab.

The research of the optical and ultrasound imaging Lab is funded by various funding agents.   The research activities of the Lab cover a broad spectrum of medical imaging techniques and instrumentation.  The main goal of our current research is to develop novel imaging methods and instruments for 1) detection and diagnosis of breast cancers; 2) monitoring and assessing treatment of cancers; 3) detection and diagnosis of ovarian cancers ; and 4) imaging of small animals.
