Feb 16, 2004: Quick meeting with all attending 
Topics discussed – 

Discussed project specification assignment. 
Determined who was going to write which sections in the specification document. 
Determined that the vehicle will be an amphibious vehicle so that it can cover land and water obstacles. 
  

Unresolved questions from last meeting -
Where is the testing area going to take place? 
Should there be a handheld device for the vehicle that would allow the vehicle to return to the starting position during the middle of an assignment? 
What GPS system should we use for this project? 
When should we purchase the vehicle for initial testing? 
How do we interface with the controller on the remote controlled vehicle?

Should the program be used to make the vehicle maneuver around obstacles? 
What type of interface unit should be used to input the required data for the vehicle to begin its program?
