It is to switch the time of 3. shah-store on 12/9 with that of 2. bjorge-money on 12/7. Since this only directly effects Jon Bjorge, he should advise me ASAP if this causes any problems for him. Since this is a holiday week, this will become final on next Tues, 11/30/04 at 3pm. The revised schedule follows: We have 7 teams to do final presentations on 12/7 & 12/9, 2 - 3:20. Each team has 20 minutes. The last 20 minutes of 12/9 will be for student evaluation forms. Attendance at both sessions is critical. I propose the following order of presentation 12/7 12/9 1. hellenbrecht-go 1. levison-geo-mod 2. shah-store 2. prosco-kiosk 3. borbely-rooms 3. bjorge-money 4. hoops 4. student evaluations On 12/9, I will depart no later than 3pm to permit you to do the evaluations in confidence. The critical elements are as follows: 0. team name and title (1 slide max) 1. a reminder of what your project is (1 slide max, 1 minute max) 2. your demo/presentation, emphasizing your major accomplishments & challenges 3. discussion of any major changes (additions or deletions) (1 slide max) 4. important lessons learned. (1 slide max) I look forward to your final presentations on 12/7 & 12/9. Dr. Peters
