Late policy on HW: All HW is due at the beginning
of the assigned class.  Each student is allowed to
have two unexcused homeworks without hurting your
grade.  After that, any unexcused homework is graded
as a zero.  Excused homework can ONLY be arranged
through Dr. Peters.
